Wizard Events offers a complete range of services, from support staff and supervisors, to security, bar management and more, to help make your Event a success.
Wizard Events Employees and Management are all local WA personnel and we take great pride in providing career pathways for students, recent graduates and professionals in the event, sport and entertainment industries.
Wizard Events staff can help manage every event successfully and professionally. We have developed specialised experience providing event staff to Rodeos and other remote events, allowing all the logistics to be organised from Perth. Our team travel directly to the event, and depending on the location, without need of accommodation.
With either a large or small attendance, we can make sure there are enough personnel to manage and control the flow of traffic, ensure safety, provide assistance or manage any crowd numbers.
We take pride in our work and have the qualified and experienced staff to make sure your next event is stress free and a great success.

Permit Application
We can advise in all aspects or just take care of everything, and comply with all regulations and laws.
Bar Management
We can submit liquor licence applications on behalf of your organisation. We supply licensed managers and RSA certified bar staff. Our staff are both professional and experienced, and comply with all procedures and RGL regulations. They are friendly and very approachable with outstanding communication skills.
Event Security and Event Staff
We provide experienced, trained, WA licensed and First Aid qualified male and female security personnel. For events of all sizes, we make sure there are enough in place to manage and control the flow of traffic, ensure safety, provide assistance or manage crowds of any number.
Entertainment
We can source bands and solo artists in all genres, and also have comedians, entertainers and DJ’s available. For family events we can organise Clowns, Magicians,Face Painting, Bouncy Castles etc.
Stage Managers
With many years’ experience Wizard Events provides professional, assertive and highly Skilled Stage Managers supporting musicians, actors, designers, stage crew and technicians throughout the production process. Making sure that the production is well organised and always runs smoothly with most importantly keeping to the time schedule. Keeping track of cast members and musicians, sets and miscellaneous details during rehearsals and production of a stage performance, is essential to a successful event.
Children’s Activity Supervisors
